no message left - just missed call

Claim to be an attorny, Foreign accent, had partial social security number

constant calls do not answer, no message left

Calls everyday between 4-5pm EDT and leaves no message.

Calls repeatedly at 5:30 AM. When answered a fax beep. Blocked their number and sent them back a fax that I will contact the FCC.

automated call stated they were calling from Suntrust Bank to discuss my home mortgage. also, asked me were they speaking to me or my wife. and than asked me to input my Zip Code. at this point I hung up the receiver and ended the call. I have a bo not call on phone but guess it does not prevent annoyong calls.

Caller doesn't leave message and when I call it back, it says that call can not be completed as dialed

I have received calls from this number for months daily (except Sundays). On some days I receive 2 and 3 calls. I have an answering machine, but no messages are left. One time I spoke to a woman who said she was calling from a "breast cancer organization". I requested that my phone number be removed from their data bank. It has not stopped. I called one cancer facility in Nevada, but they denied that the calls were from their facility. I am on the Do Not Call List. I have also reported this to AT&T too. I do not want my e-mail address disclosed per privacy act. Thank you for your follow up.

Guy said he was from "The Pre-legal Department" wanting to speak to my wife. I told him not to call back and he said he had the right to call back and would call again the next day.

Sometimes nothing is said. Other times someone says "Bueno" and then nothing. Today it was a recorded voice that said "Good Bye". That is all that was said.
